the First Baptist Church Family Life & Cultural Center. Located on the corner of Delaware
Avenue and Booth Street, in Salisbury, Maryland, the Family Life & Cultural Center (FL&CC)
educational wing and wellness area.
The Family Life & Cultural Center offers a wholesome, clean environment, perfect for a
variety of family, business and community events. The FL&CC offers over 18,000 square feet
of flexible meeting, banquet and event space that can accommodate groups of many different
sizes, from 10 to 500. The center provides a positive alternative for events that cater to the
spiritual, social, cultural, recreational, and the physical needs of the community.
Let us host your next special Event. We are conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes
from the Centre of Salisbury Mall, shopping, eateries and area golf courses. Your out-of-town
guests have easy access to hotels, restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. We are 40
minutes away from the beach, Ocean City, Maryland. Our Events Coordinator will assist you
in making your event a memorable one. The First Baptist Church Family Life & Cultural Center
can provide the perfect setting for your function with easy access and free parking. The
FL&CC also features a commercial kitchen, equipped to accommodate your catering needs
from a reception to a ball.
We also have seven flexible meeting rooms that can be configured to meet your every need and
a small game room, making us ideal for your next event whether it's a Banquet, Conference,
Seminar, Baby Blessing, Family Reunion, Retreat, Wedding or Reception.
SOCIAL EVENTS: For Social Events, we can seat as many as 300 guest in our Auditorium/
Banquet Hall. Small intimate gatherings are held in our Educational Wing, which can
accommodate between 60 and 100 guests in style. Our Sanctuary is available for weddings for
as many as 800 guests.
BUSINESS FUNCTIONS: Business Functions are hosted in any or all of seven multi-purpose
rooms that can be equipped to meet your needs. We can accommodate groups of 20 to 100
and provide breakfast, lunch and dinner options created by our Culinary Ministry. Make the
